Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with KAZO's brand and business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, launches, offers and seasonal communication.
• Coordinate with creative, content, influencer and marketing teams to deliver engaging social media content.
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, followers and conversions through organic and paid social initiatives.
• Manage influencer collaborations, creator campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Monitor social media trends, fashion trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage community engagement, comments, DMs and customer interactions while maintaining the brand tone.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and retail teams to support product launches, promotions and business campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, formats, tools and trends.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, lifestyle or D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Experience in content strategy, social media campaigns and influencer marketing.
• Strong creative thinking with an understanding of fashion, visual aesthetics and brand communication.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Candidates with experience handling social media for a fashion/retail brand will be preferred.
