The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include creating and curating social media content, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring adherence to the latest digital marketing trends. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience with Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
