Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in creating, managing, and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include content creation tailored to specific audiences, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, engaging with online communities, and ensuring alignment with the company's digital marketing goals. Collaboration with internal teams to develop campaigns and analyze industry trends will be key. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
• Experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with emerging social media trends and platforms
• Creative thinking and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
