Job Description

ABOUT US

Hamd Holdings is a Dubai-based group of growing companies. Our brands include Special Minds (SEN staffing, placement and clinical support), Magnetic Keys (marketing agency) and Hamd Beauty (home-service salon), with more to come.

THE ROLE

You will plan, run and grow the social media presence for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build and manage the social media strategy for each group brand

* Plan monthly content calendars and schedule posts

* Write captions, hooks and scripts for posts, stories and reels

* Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts

* Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms

* Reply to comments and messages and pass leads to the team

* Track performance and share monthly reports with clear insights

* Work with the graphic designer to produce content

* Follow trends and bring new content ideas

* Support the launch of new brands under the group

REQUIREMENTS

* 3–5 years of social media marketing experience

* Proven results growing accounts and generating leads

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

* Strong copywriting skills in English

* Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Meta Business Suite or similar)

* Able to work independently and manage multiple brands

* Portfolio or examples of accounts you have managed

NICE TO HAVE

* Arabic copywriting skills

* Experience with service-based businesses in the UAE

* Basic video shooting and editing skills

* Experience with AI content tools
