About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist who has a strong understanding of social media management and content scheduling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on content planning, execution, and has a basic understanding of paid media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
- Use scheduling tools like SocialPilot, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Maintain and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Assist in basic campaign setup and monitoring on Meta platforms (if required)
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., SocialPilot, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager/dashboard is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
