About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist who has a strong understanding of social media management and content scheduling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on content planning, execution, and has a basic understanding of paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
• Use scheduling tools like SocialPilot, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Maintain and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
• Assist in basic campaign setup and monitoring on Meta platforms (if required)
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., SocialPilot, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager/dashboard is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
