Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage daily tasks including creating and implementing social media campaigns, producing engaging social media content, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and boosting brand awareness through digital marketing strategies. Collaboration with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader business goals is also a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and content delivery
• Creativity, ability to generate engaging content, and familiarity with social media trends
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track and improve social media performance
• Experience or interest in e-commerce and working with MSMEs is a plus
• Relevant degree or certifications in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
