Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mohali district, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing the company's presence across social media platforms, including planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content aligned with brand and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on analytics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The specialist will respond to audience interactions, support digital marketing initiatives, and contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The role requires proactive collaboration, timely execution of campaigns, and adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing platform-specific campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing posts, visuals, and messaging that align with brand guidelines.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with online audiences.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance and strategy.
• Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) and current social media trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role; experience in the technology or B2B sector is an advantage.
