- Develop and conceptualize social media strategies for FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc
- Implement defined strategies to create engaging posts
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers continually to bring out viral social media concepts and posts
- Publish and monitor social media posts, stories, polls, cover images, etc, to drive followers and engagement
- Run paid social media campaigns as per the organizational needs
- Keep the various social handles as interactive and informative as possible
- Affiliate with social influencers whenever necessary to amplify product/ brand presence
- Define social media KPIs and map post results with the key metrics
Required Skills:3+ years experience as a social media specialist
- Proven skills in managing social media handles for B2B companies
- Hands-on experience in strategizing, creating, and publishing content on FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc
- Familiarity with SMM tools that drive social traffic
- Strong knowledge of running social media campaigns and analyzing results
- Great interest in understanding new social media trends and infusing them for better engagement
