Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Editing
* Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok
* Create engaging content aligned with the firm's brand and messaging
* Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
Social Media Management
* Schedule and publish posts consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
* Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and professional tone
Lead Generation & Growth
* Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through social media
* Optimize posts and campaigns for engagement and conversions
* Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience and visibility
Brand Alignment & Strategy
* Ensure all content reflects the firm's brand identity and credibility
* Work closely with the team to understand services and translate them into content
* Suggest content ideas and improvements proactively
Collaboration & Coordination
* Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., professional video editors if required)
* Support newsletter and LinkedIn content distribution
* Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Youtube & Instagram preferred)
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
* Understanding of content creation, branding, and storytelling
* Experience with lead generation through social platforms
* Strong communication and creative thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
