Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, located in the Mohali district. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing social media content, developing marketing strategies, executing social media campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness. The specialist will also collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive branding and communication across platforms to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, and audience engagement
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques and Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for diverse platforms and audiences
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve marketing goals
• Experience with analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
