JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Executive to support our digital marketing and content initiatives. The candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, coordinating content execution, researching trends, and engaging with audiences. This role is ideal for MBA freshers or graduates passionate about social media, content creation, and brand communication.

ROLES & RESPONSIILITIES

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing social media content
• Coordinate with design and content teams for smooth post execution
• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement across platforms
• Research social media trends, reels, and viral content ideas
• Support content writing, captions, and copy creation
• Track content performance, reach, and engagement metrics
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand promotions

REQUIREMENTS

• MBA fresher or any graduate interested in social media and content creation
• Good understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and viral content formats
• Interest in content writing and copywriting
• Creative thinking with basic knowledge of brand communication
• Passion for social media campaigns and audience engagement
• Good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
