Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Haldwani. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow the company's and clients social media presence across key platforms, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content. The role involves creating and optimizing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The specialist will collaborate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives. Daily responsibilities also include community management, responding to comments and messages, staying current with social media trends and platform updates, and preparing regular performance reports.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing platform-specific campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing engaging copy and coordinating visuals with designers.
  • Solid foundation in Marketing principles and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and professional interaction with online communities.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, scheduling tools).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a digital agency or similar environment is preferred but not required.
