Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance analysis, along with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, performance, influencer, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, media) to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize for better ROI
- Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables
- Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Key Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital/advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. is a plus
