Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in our Kochi office. The responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms, creating engaging social media content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals while ensuring consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaign performance
• Knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms
• Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Prior experience in a similar role in the marketing domain is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
