Responsibilities

• Experience: 3–5 years (B2B marketing experience preferred)
• Department: Marketing
• Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a social media professional to own Novac's social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• The role involves creating B2B-focused content strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with content/design teams, publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Create platform-specific strategies and engaging B2B content.
• Coordinate with content/design teams for posts, carousels, videos, and campaigns.
• Handle publishing, engagement, and social media optimization.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights.
• Support product launches, webinars, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills

• B2B marketing experience (preferred).
• Experience in managing social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Ability to create B2B-focused content strategies.
• Experience in managing content calendars and coordinating with content/design teams.
• Skills in publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

Preferred Skills

• B2B FinTech/InsurTech social media strategy experience.
