Role Description

Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

Write short captions that match brand tone

Track engagement and report weekly results

Coordinate with design teams for creatives

Monitor comments and messages

Research trends and competitor activity

Support basic campaign setup and execution

Maintain content calendars

Requirements

• 6-12 months experience in social media
• Strong writing skills
• Basic understanding of analytics tools
• Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Capcut and etc
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
