Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Brand Growth Manager to own and grow the online presence of our brands, with a primary focus on NEMO.
This role is responsible for shaping how our brands show up across social platforms building awareness, collaborating with influencers, driving engagement, and supporting sales through strong brand presence, content, and paid amplification.
This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role that works closely with the founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (primarily Instagram)
- Create, publish, and manage short-form video content (Reels), static posts, and stories
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social touchpoints
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and creators aligned with the brand
- Coordinate barter and paid collaborations end-to-end
- Brief creators clearly and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
- Track influencer performance and contribution to reach, engagement, and sales
- Ideate, storyboard, and execute short-form video content at speed
- Edit high-quality reels using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Stay on top of trends while adapting them to the brand's tone and positioning
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook) for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Support product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns through organic and paid social
- Work closely with founders to align content and ads with business priorities
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
- Analyze performance and continuously improve content and ad strategy
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to identify growth opportunities
Key Requirements
I. 24 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or brand roles
II. Strong portfolio of Reels or short-form video content
III. Hands-on expertise with reel editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
IV. Ability to ideate, storyboard, and execute content quickly and independently
V. Basic understanding of analytics and social media growth levers
VI. Experience running Meta ads, optimising for reach, engagement, and conversions
VII. Proven experience managing social media for consumer or D2C brands
VIII. Strong copywriting skills with a good visual and storytelling sense
IX. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Compensation
- Annual CTC: 3.6 LPA 4.8 LPA (30,000 40,000 per month)
- Compensation will be based on experience, portfolio quality, and execution capability
