Role Description
Develop Marketing Strategies:
- Create innovative strategies to attract and engage customers for Very Mulberry's U-Pick events.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content and strong messaging for social media posts and updates.
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals and creatives.
Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and negotiate with influencers to collaborate and promote Very Mulberry.
- Foster relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Content Planning:
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and quality content delivery.
- Schedule posts and updates across various social media platforms.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through social media interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally with help of the team.
Organizational Systems:
- Utilize advanced systems and tools for organizing content and media assets.
- Ensure efficient workflow and management of social media campaigns.
Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Develop innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the agricultural or event hosting sector and willingness to lear.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and compelling messaging.
- Experience in collaborating with influencers and managing influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
