We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, developing content strategies, executing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing content for social media platforms, and staying updated on digital marketing trends. You will oversee day-to-day planning, creation, and analytics of social media content to ensure alignment with the company's marketing goals and audience engagement strategies.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices and trends
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
