Job Description
We are hiring a
Senior Social Media Marketing Executive who can
generate quality leads from all major social media platforms , manage
paid advertising campaigns , and has good knowledge of
SEO and Google marketing tools .
The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end social media and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Facebook Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor ad performance and improve CPL, CTR, ROI, and conversions
- Create and manage social media posting schedules and campaigns
- Handle SEO activities including keyword research, on-page off-page SEO
- Work with Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console
- Track leads, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithms
Required Skills Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong hands-on knowledge of paid ads campaign optimization
- Basic to advanced knowledge of SEO and Google marketing
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation
- Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools
- Google Ads or Meta certification (added advantage)
