Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear and effective social media strategy that aligns with the companys marketing objectives.
- Define target audiences and create content plans to reach and engage them.
- Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in posting and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive community by actively engaging with the audience and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and click-through rates (CTR).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the marketing team and senior management.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers to promote our brand and products/services.
- Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to ensure alignment with our brand values.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, public relations, and customer support, to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate social media activities with ongoing marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a successful track record in managing and optimizing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for each.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns.
