Role Overview
As Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end social media strategy for both brands driving awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes like leads, occupancy, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the social media roadmap for Myroomie & MyKhana
- Plan seasonal campaigns (admissions, campus drives, corporate catering, festive offers)
- Translate business goals into content and growth strategies
Content & Brand Building
- Lead creation of reels, shorts, carousels, stories, and videos
- Ensure a strong, consistent brand voice across platforms
- Work with designers, videographers, and agencies
Platform Ownership
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Oversee publishing, engagement, and community management
- Handle online reputation and escalations
Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with performance teams on Meta & LinkedIn Ads
- Drive campaigns focused on leads, enquiries, and conversions
- Track CPL, CAC, and ROAS
Analytics & Reporting
- Own dashboards for reach, engagement, and business impact
- Present monthly insights and action plans to leadership
- Optimize continuously using data and trends
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Build student ambassador and micro-influencer programs
- Drive collaborations with colleges, creators, and corporate partners
- Grow brand communities online
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in social media / digital marketing
- Proven ability to build brands and drive leads
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn content
- Hands-on with Meta Business Manager and ad strategy basics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in hospitality, food, education, or consumer brands is a plus
