Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in Ranchi. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, optimizing social media practices (SMO), and creating engaging content. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, coordinating with other teams, fostering online engagement, and driving digital marketing initiatives to promote Mount Magica's services and events.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media content
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
- Experience in the hospitality or event management sector is a plus
