invideo is an advanced AI-driven video platform designed for professional creatives.

We help over 50 million users across 190+ countries create end to end videos using 70+ AI models in image, video, voice, and music. All from a single platform powered by our flagship agent, Agent ONE.

Our marketing org is being built right now, and we're looking for Social Media Marketing Manager who can come in, pick up a function and turn it into something the AI/creator world points at as best-in-class.

  • What you will do

Own a marketing function end-to-end. Take ownership of a function that needs a driver. Twitter, LinkedIn, community/Discord, creator partnerships, or a surface we haven't built yet. The shape will be a conversation between what invideo needs and what you uniquely bring.

Build real expertise, and make the function known for it. Get deep into the function you own. The references, the players, the formats that work, the dead ends. Develop a sharp point of view on what invideo should be doing, and why. What you own should become a thing creators, peers, and competitors point at as best-in-class.

Get your hands dirty, and build systems that don't decay. Write the copy. Run the campaign. Brief the creator. Pull the data. We don't hire managers to manage other people doing the work. We hire managers to do the work and build the system around it. Anyone can run something once. The bar here is building a system that keeps running, and catching the moment it starts to dull before anyone else does.

Work AI-native, not AI-adjacent. Automate your own workflows. Build pipelines. Use Claude, Agent One, and the rest of our internal stack as default extensions of how you operate.

  • What we are looking for

We'll be checking for these in how you've operated wherever you've worked before. Projects, jobs, side bets, college. We want to see these traits already in your story, not promised.

  1. First-principles thinking. You don't reach for playbooks. You break problems down to what's actually true and build up from there.
  2. High agency. You don't wait for briefs. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
  3. Hands dirty by default. You've written the copy yourself, pulled the data yourself, done the unglamorous parts of the work yourself. Seniority here is judgment and ownership, not delegation.
  4. Process builder. You think in systems. You think about leverage. You've built things that didn't need you anymore after a few months.
  5. AI-native operator. You already use AI tools to do your job better. Not because it's trendy, but because it would be insane not to.
  6. Strong taste. You have opinions about copy, about creative, about what makes someone stop scrolling. You can defend them.
  7. Genuine care. About the craft, the product, the user, the people you work with. You can't stand to ship work that isn't good.

  • Bonus points if you have

  1. Built and grown an audience of your own. A community, a newsletter, a Twitter account, a Discord.
  2. Worked in or around AI, creator economy, or media tech
  3. Run marketing for a product where the user is a creative professional
  4. Taken something from zero to one inside a company. A channel, a program, a function.
