Our marketing org is being built right now, and we're looking for Social Media Marketing Manager who can come in, pick up a function and turn it into something the AI/creator world points at as best-in-class.
Own a marketing function end-to-end. Take ownership of a function that needs a driver. Twitter, LinkedIn, community/Discord, creator partnerships, or a surface we haven't built yet. The shape will be a conversation between what invideo needs and what you uniquely bring.
Build real expertise, and make the function known for it. Get deep into the function you own. The references, the players, the formats that work, the dead ends. Develop a sharp point of view on what invideo should be doing, and why. What you own should become a thing creators, peers, and competitors point at as best-in-class.
Get your hands dirty, and build systems that don't decay. Write the copy. Run the campaign. Brief the creator. Pull the data. We don't hire managers to manage other people doing the work. We hire managers to do the work and build the system around it. Anyone can run something once. The bar here is building a system that keeps running, and catching the moment it starts to dull before anyone else does.
Work AI-native, not AI-adjacent. Automate your own workflows. Build pipelines. Use Claude, Agent One, and the rest of our internal stack as default extensions of how you operate.
