Social Media Marketing Manager

inMinutes is building a new food-delivery experience focused on fresh, authentic food delivered in under 10 minutes.

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to build our brand and grow our presence primarily across Instagram and LinkedIn.

What you will do:

• Own the Instagram & LinkedIn content strategy and calendar.
• Create engaging Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, and LinkedIn content.
• Develop content around food, freshness, speed, culture, and the InMinutes story.
• Identify trends, memes, formats, and content opportunities.
• Work with creators, influencers, and UGC.
• Build founder-led and company content for LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with design/video teams to execute content.
• Manage community engagement and brand conversations.
• Track content performance and continuously improve what works.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in social media/content/brand marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of Reels, short-form content, and social trends.
• Creative, fast-moving, and comfortable working independently.
• Data-driven approach to content performance.
• Bonus: Experience in food, D2C, consumer tech, startups, or influencer marketing.

• Someone who can spot a trend, create great content, write a killer hook, and turn an idea into a post quickly.
