Social Media Marketing Manager

We need someone who lives online and loves it — not as a job, but as a reflex. Someone who is first to spot a trend, last to use a tired format, and genuinely excited about the craft of making content that connects. If you've doomscrolled your way into understanding the algorithm better than most strategists, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What you'll do:

Own and grow Maxisoft's social presence across Instagram, Reels, and emerging platforms

Ideate, shoot, and execute short-form content with a fast turnaround. Same day when needed

Stay ahead of trends and translate them into Maxisoft-relevant content before they peak.

Use Notion to manage content calendars, briefs, and campaign pipelines

Leverage AI tools like Claude to generate content ideas, captions, and creative directions

Collaborate with the design team on visual assets and campaign rollouts

Track performance, learn from the data, and iterate without needing to be told twice

What we're looking for: 

1. You're genuinely plugged into digital culture, trends are a hobby, not homework
2. You can shoot and edit content on your phone confidently and quickly
3. You have a strong sense of storytelling and can write content that feels human, engaging, and aligned with the Maxisoft tone of voice
4. Fast turnaround mindset, you know when done is better than perfect
5. Comfortable learning new tools and platforms without hand-holding
6. You've used Notion or a similar tool to stay organised at scale
7. Familiarity with AI tools for ideation (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) is a genuine plus
8. Strong communication instincts. You understand what Maxisoft sounds like and why

Good to have:

1. Prior experience with a skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brand
2. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Reels editor, or similar)
3. Comfort with analytics dashboards Meta Insights, etc.
