The purpose of this role is to create Awareness, Affinity & Consideration for brand DSP via creative messaging for our brand, our products and our category-education initiatives.
Primary responsibilities:
Lead creative development by developing powerful and unique platform-specific strategies + related copies/ messaging both internally as well as with agencies, for a variety of objectives
- Support and manage the brand's social media strategy (Content creation + Follower acquisition + Promotion) across X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn (+ Threads & more) including paid distribution
- Explore & leverage media presence/ partnership opportunities
- Assist in setting up feedback mechanisms with investors/ prospects across platforms, including internal & external research tracks
- Monitor & track content metrics, report performance against set goals & share insights to improve.
- Operational coordination & collaboration with external partners and internal teams (relationship management/ billing/ compliance checks etc).
- Assist in budget planning & maintain monthly tracks.
Knowledge required for the role:
- Expertise in developing interesting/ outlier creatives: static ads/ short video/ films/ infographics
- Expertise in managing campaigns across offline (OOH/ Radio/ Print/ TV) & online platforms
- Well versed with social media (especially LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram)
- Understanding (or interested in) consumer behaviour and psychology in the context of money.
- Good understanding of (or interested in) money management, investing & mutual funds.
- Awareness about different kinds of creatives (fit for purpose) & emerging Indian & global trends in effective communication
Skills required for the role:
- Exceptional project management skills
- Impeccable English grammar: spoken and written
- Ability & desire to simplify complex stuff and make it interesting, relatable, and palatable.
- Keen desire to craft innovative, off-beat creatives that can move viewers
- Good knowledge of marketing analytics with a desire to extract insights to constantly improvise
- Excellence in PowerPoint, ability to present well and overall communication skills
- Experience in generating creatives/ ads by yourself using platforms like Canva
Educational Qualifications:
- Marketing MBA preferred but not necessary
- Graduate degree in Advertising/ Mass media or similar
Years of Experience:
- 6+ years of experience working with:
- A Brand Marketing team (not necessary) or
- At a Creative Agency
