Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create engaging content including posts, reels, captions, and creatives

Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)

Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content creation

Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends

Create and manage content for SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including

promotional messages, offers, and customer engagement

communication

Develop creative campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

Key Requirements:

Strong communication and creative thinking skills

Ability to think out-of-the-box and generate innovative content and campaign ideas

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads (preferred)

Analytical mindset to track and improve performance

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, BBA, or related field

6 months 2 years of experience (freshers with strong creative skills can apply)
