Social Media Marketing Manager

BringleTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager & Content Creator who is creative, hands-on, and capable of independently managing brands and creating high-quality content.We are looking for someone who has previously managed social media accounts for brands independently and can take ownership of the complete content process — from ideation, shooting and photography to editing and publishing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage social media accounts for multiple brands.
• Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Ideate and create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels and posts.
• Handle basic photography and video shoots.
• Edit videos and create basic social media graphics.
• Research trends, formats, sounds and fresh content ideas.
• Write captions, hooks and social media copy.
• Monitor content performance and optimize accordingly.
• Take ownership of the complete content creation process.

• Requirements2+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
• Proven experience of independently managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and current social media trends.
• Good video editing skills - CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.
• Basic graphic design skills - Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Good photography and video-shooting skills.
• Strong creative sense and storytelling ability.
• Proactive, confident and able to work independently.
