Social Media Marketing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Patna. The role involves managing social media accounts, developing and executing content strategies, planning and optimizing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement and reach. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also collaborate with the creative and digital teams to align social media efforts with the overall marketing strategy.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and client stakeholders
• Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies tailored to different platforms
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques and tools
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess and improve campaign performance
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing social media platforms and campaigns
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in social media
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
