We are expanding our Social Media Marketing team at Lenskart - India's leading eyewear and lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end content calendar planning and management across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely execution
- Handle daily scheduling, publishing, and optimization of posts across all platforms using social media management tools
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly analytics reports tracking engagement rate, reach, saves, CTR, watch time, audience growth, and overall performance trends
- Lead community management across social platforms by engaging audiences, responding to conversations, and strengthening brand relationships
- Conceptualize and execute owned UGC campaigns to drive authentic audience participation and brand advocacy
- Coordinate closely with the internal design team to ensure a smooth content production and delivery pipeline
- Monitor platform algorithm updates, emerging trends, and competitor activities to recommend tactical adjustments
- Lead structured A/B testing on content formats, posting times, captions, and creative variations to continuously optimize performance
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years hands-on social media experience, preferably with lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and third party analytics tools (Metricool, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Excellent eye for aesthetics and understanding of Gen-Z visual language
- Proven ability to manage high-volume content calendars
- Self-starter who can operate independently once given strategic direction
- Strong on-camera presence: natural, charismatic, comfortable with both scripted and improvised content
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
