Social Media Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and grow LinkedIn profiles of company leadership.

● Create engaging posts, carousels, polls, and content ideas aligned with industry trends.

● Research viral topics, trending formats, and content strategies to increase engagement and visibility.

● Develop content calendars and maintain posting consistency.

● Monitor competitors, founders, and industry leaders to identify new opportunities and content ideas.

● Generate creative campaigns that support brand awareness and business generation.

● Write compelling captions and optimize content for LinkedIn algorithms.

● Engage with relevant communities, comments, and conversations to increase reach.

● Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics.

● Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights, success stories, and updates for content creation.

● Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and other content tools to improve productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.

● Good understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding.

● Strong written English and communication skills.

● Ability to identify viral trends and convert them into engaging content.

● Creative mindset with attention to detail.

● Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and basic design tools.

● Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.

● Self-driven, curious, and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Good to Have

● Experience managing founder or leadership profiles.

● Knowledge of AI, technology, startups, and B2B marketing.

● Experience creating LinkedIn carousels and short-form content.

● Basic video editing skills.
