Social Media Marketing Intern

At Varaha Tech I'm hiring 2 Social Media Interns to work directly with me in the Founder's Officebuilding a social engine that is bold, premium, and culturally sharp.

This is a 6-month paid internship with real ownership. If you deliver, you'll be absorbed full-time and will be eligible for ESOPs.

What you'll do

-Build content systems: calendars, formats, workflows, repeatable templates

-Write hooks, scripts, captions, and strong CTAs (Reels-first thinking)

-Spot trends early and adapt them without losing brand quality

-Drive shoots: references, shot lists, basic direction, coordination

-Edit fast and clean (CapCut / Premiere / VN / Canva) and ship consistently

-Track performance and iterate weekly: what worked, what didn't, why

Who this is for

-You have taste. You can tell what feels premium vs generic

-You're a storyteller who understands attention (first 2 seconds matter)

-You can execute fast, take feedback, and improve every cycle

-You want responsibility, not intern tasks
