Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Pune City for a Social Media Marketing Intern. The intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, coordinating basic designs with the creative team, and assisting with short-form content such as reels or stories. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages under guidance, and compiling basic performance reports. The intern will also help with market research, competitor analysis, and brainstorming ideas to increase brand awareness in the construction and waterproofing sector.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to support Social Media Content Creation, including drafting captions and collaborating on visuals.
- Basic understanding of Marketing concepts and willingness to learn campaign planning and execution.
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills, with attention to detail and brand tone.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
