About UniLiv

We are a rapidly growing startup in the student housing & hostel operations sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. We focus on delivering a safe, comfortable, and well-managed residential experience

Role Overview

You will assist in content creation, social media management, and engagement activities across all platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to social media strategy, branding, and digital communication in a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence.
• Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the co-living industry.
• Assist in basic graphic design and video editing (Canva or similar tools).
• Monitor insights, engagement, and performance of posts.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for on-ground content.

What We're Looking For.

• Ability to work on-site and capture live content when needed.
• Strong creativity and interest in social media trends.
• Basic skills in Canva, video editing apps, or design tools.
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content formats.
• Good communication and storytelling ability.
