Role Description

• Design and execute growth strategies
• Create and record UGC-style short videos (Reels/TikTok)
• Write and record video and social media scripts
• Collaborate with the UI team for video creation
• Create social media posts Manage and grow social media presence
• Run fast experiments (content + hooks) 
• Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize content strategy
• Research market trends, competitors, and target audience behavior
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community building
• Identify and collaborate with influencers or creators for partnerships
• A/B test creatives, captions, and posting times to improve engagement
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation
• Should be face of the product
• Must have good content engagement and followers in social media.
