Social Media Marketing Intern

Position: Social Media Marketing Intern  

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month  

Reports To: Social Media Manager

ThinkBit is looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Intern to join our team.

If you spend time understanding Instagram trends, love creating content, and want hands-on experience working with real brands, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (graphics, captions, videos) across clients social media platforms.

- Conduct research on client competitors, target audiences, and social media trends to improve strategies.

- Help manage day-to-day interactions on social media channels, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions for client accounts.

- Analyze the performance of client campaigns using metrics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and suggest areas of improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and content for clients.

- Contribute to content brainstorming sessions, bringing creative ideas to enhance client social media engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and how to optimize content for each.

- Strong writing and communication skills to adapt to different brand voices and audiences.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple client projects.

- Passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments.
