Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Coordinator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels in line with each brand's strategy and tone. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, writing captions, coordinating visual assets with design and content teams, and monitoring daily activity such as comments, messages, and community interactions. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and suggesting optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The coordinator will support campaign execution, assist with influencer and partner collaborations, stay updated on trends and platform best practices, and ensure consistent brand representation across all social touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand profiles across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
  • Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing, including basic analytics, campaign performance tracking, and audience insights.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content role (agency experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of visual aesthetics and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, creators, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
