Location- Kolkata, Hybrid

Role Description This is a Paid, full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Kolkata, India. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning and posting content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include assisting in social media content creation (images, captions, catalogues, short videos), monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and helping grow the online community. The intern will collaborate with the Founders to execute digital campaigns, promote new collections, and maintain brand consistency. The intern must also be able to communicate and solve client queries. The role also involves basic performance tracking, competitor research, and suggesting creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of fashion or textiles, with interest in traditional and ceremonial wear.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, analytics basics, and current online trends.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid Setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of photo/video editing tools and content scheduling platforms is a must.
• Candidates must have basic knowledge of photoshoots.
