RISE is building India's first AI-powered running coach designed for everyday runners who want to train smarter, stay consistent, and improve safely. We combine AI coaching, gait analysis, and community challenges to make professional-grade training accessible to everyone.

We're now looking for a creative and hands-on Camera Editor Intern who can visually capture the essence of the RISE community and bring our stories to life through powerful, cinematic visuals.

As a Camera Editor Intern, you'll be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality videos that showcase the RISE brand, events, and community stories. You'll be on-ground at our runs and activations, capturing authentic moments and turning them into short-form, engaging visual stories.

1.1. Cinematography & Shooting

Capture engaging footage during RISE events, community runs, and fitness sessions.

Set up basic lighting, framing, and composition for dynamic storytelling.

Record interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and authentic user experiences.

Collaborate with the founding team to plan and execute creative shoots.

2.2. Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional clips).

Maintain RISE's visual identity bold, energetic, and clean.

Add motion, sound, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).

3.3. Storytelling & Ideation

Develop creative video concepts around the RISE brand and AI fitness themes.

Capture the human side of running consistency, challenges, and progress.

Stay updated with content trends in sports and fitness to inspire new formats.

4.4. Team Collaboration

Work with the marketing team to align visuals with brand campaigns.

Coordinate with content writers and designers for captions and publishing.

Maintain a clean and organized library of footage and edited videos.

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)

Proficiency in shooting with DSLR or smartphone (good understanding of framing and lighting)

Creative storytelling and editing instincts

Passion for fitness, sports, and content creation

Ability to work independently and manage on-ground shoots

Create 1215 high-quality short-form videos per month

Maintain consistent visual tone and brand identity

Capture and edit footage from at least 23 on-ground events

Support marketing campaigns with creative visuals that drive engagement

Based in Mumbai and comfortable attending shoots regularly

A creative storyteller with strong technical and visual skills

Excited to document real people, emotions, and energy behind RISE

A fast learner who enjoys working in a startup environment
