Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Indore. The intern will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include researching industry trends, drafting posts, assisting with basic graphic or video briefs, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns. The role involves monitoring social media channels, responding to comments or inquiries under guidance, and tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates. The intern will also assist with digital marketing initiatives, basic competitor analysis, and reporting to help refine social media and content strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially for B2B or tech-focused brands.
• Clear written and verbal Communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas in simple language.
• Ability to research industry trends, analyze basic performance data, and suggest content ideas.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter); experience with scheduling or analytics tools is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on-site in Indore.
