Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in various HR responsibilities, including managing HR policies, helping with employee benefits programs, and supporting personnel management activities. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with team leaders, maintaining employee records, participating in recruitment processes, and contributing to HR-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is a plus.
