Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Intern at PREPCA, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence. You will plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social media channels, craft strategic campaigns to grow our audience, and produce high-quality video content that resonates with our community.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow PREPCA's presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and upcoming campaigns.
- Create visually compelling graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content using professional editing tools.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant ideas to boost engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas and campaigns.
- Respond to comments and messages to build a strong and engaged online community.
Requirements & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong skills in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with reels, short-form content, or YouTube is a plus.
