You won't just be sitting at a desk—you will be on-site for shoots, managing content workflows, and contributing to the creative vision of our brand. Key Responsibilities

• On-Shoot Assistance: Assist our creative team during content shoots, manage equipment, handle props, and ensure smooth production flow.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts).
• Trend Execution: Stay updated with social media trends, viral audio, and shifts in digital culture, implementing them into our content strategy.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and help manage our content calendar.

Requirements

• Availability: Ability to work from our [Insert City] office, Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
• Creative Portfolio: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.) and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Energy & Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and on-field shoot requirements.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for captioning and team coordination.
