We're looking for a creative, motivated, and social media-savvy individual who wants to gain hands-on startup experience and help us build Pharen's online presence from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies for Pharen.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Design posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas.
• Plan and manage a weekly content calendar.
• Help establish Pharen's brand identity, voice, and online community.
• Track engagement, reach, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on marketing campaigns and creative ideas.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone creative, proactive, and passionate about social media and marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current digital trends.
• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• A willingness to experiment, learn, and grow in a fast-moving startup environment.

Previous internship experience is not required. Creativity, commitment, and initiative matter more to us.

Trial Period & Future Opportunities

The position will begin with a one-month trial period, during which we will evaluate mutual fit, creativity, consistency, and overall contribution.

At the end of the first month, we will discuss performance, future responsibilities, compensation, and opportunities for continued collaboration.

Any extension or longer-term engagement will be based on mutual agreement.
