Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support PaperSoul's online presence by creating and scheduling content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visual assets, engaging with followers, monitoring comments and messages, and assisting with campaigns to promote new titles and author events. The intern will track performance metrics, conduct light research on trends in publishing and reader communities, and collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to align messaging with current and upcoming releases. This is an internship role and is a remote position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to learn about independent publishing and digital audience building.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with major social platforms, basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), and analytics features is beneficial.
