The Role

Love editing Reels Have a million content ideas Curious about how marketing actually works You're our kind of person.

This role is basically 50% creating and 50% figuring out the marketing behind it all.

50% Video Editing & Content

• Edit Reels and short-form videos.
• Experiment with editing styles and creative formats.
• Turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

50% Everything Else in Marketing

• Create static posts and brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Explore ads, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Research trends and creators.
• Help with client communication and campaign execution.
• Work with Google Sheets because, yes, marketing has spreadsheets too.

Why OFFSCRIPT

We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be curious enough to figure things out.

You'll work on real brands, pitch your ideas, experiment, make mistakes, hit creative blocks, and find ways around them.

Sometimes you'll know exactly what you're doing. Sometimes you'll have to Google your way through it.

Both are part of the process.

You're Probably a Good Fit If...

• You want to explore marketing beyond just editing.
• You have ideas and aren't afraid to share them.
• You can figure things out without needing a tutorial for every little thing.
• You communicate well in English and Hindi.
• You have basic knowledge of editing software, Canva, and social media.
• You're willing to experiment, learn, and actually execute.
