Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the company's online presence across various social media platforms. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, assisting with campaign planning, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages under guidance. The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and market research, and propose ideas to improve reach and brand awareness. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams will be required to ensure content aligns with company goals, project timelines, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including writing captions, basic graphic or video creation, and planning content calendars.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics for social media is beneficial.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
