Social Media Marketing Intern

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, sourcing or creating visual assets, and engaging with online communities to improve reach and interaction. The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring close coordination with creative, marketing, and account teams.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and support brand communication.
• Possess strong Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and professional interaction on social platforms.
• Interest or coursework in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics tools is a plus.
