Social Media Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Callease AI's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to align content with current campaigns, product launches, or announcements
• Monitor account activity and engagement, and respond to comments and direct messages as needed
• Conduct research on current industry and social media trends to inform strategy
• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all channels
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and experimenting with new formats or ideas

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of analytics and interest in performance-based growth
